Jemena Loyalty Promotion Terms and Conditions 

  1. Information on how to participate in the Jemena Loyalty Promotion (“Promotion”) and the rewards and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  
  2. Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are licensed plumbers, gas fitters and other eligible trade professionals in the gas industry that sell the Eligible Products (defined below) and conduct their business within the Natural Gas Network in NSW. For more information on the Natural Gas Network region in NSW, refer to the Natural Gas Locator Tool on https://www.jemena.com.au/gas/jemena-gas-network/
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 
  4. Offer opens for Registration and Eligible Sales (defined below) on 01/06/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31/08/2026 (“Sales Period”). Claims close at 11:59pm AEDT on 30/09/2026 (“Claim Period”). 
  5. Eligible Products” are eligible gas appliances sold through eligible wholesalers in NSW during the Sales Period.

REGISTRATION

  1. To be eligible to claim, individuals must first register for the offer by completing the following steps during the Sales Period:
    • Visit https://traderewards.com.au/
    • Locate the online registration form
    • Input all mandatory requested details into the online registration form; and then
    • Submit the fully completed registration form. 
  2. Individuals must then sell and/or install Eligible Products within Jemena’s Natural Gas Network region in NSW during the Sales Period (“Qualifying Sale”). Individuals will be awarded cash back for Qualifying Sales, which they can accumulate and cash out during the Claim Period. 
  3. The amount awarded for Qualifying Sales depends on the type of Eligible Product sold and installed by the individual. Claims for Qualifying Sales are limited to the number of claims available per type of Eligible Product as below.

ELIGIBLE SALES CLAIM 

  1. Individuals can claim multiple Qualifying Sales and accumulate their cash back during the Sales Period. In order to claim their Qualifying Sale without cashing out, individuals must visit the Website and complete the Upload Proof of Sale and Installation form, including the below information, and submit the fully completed form online: 
    • Date of Sale 
    • Type of Appliance Sold (Select from a dropdown menu: Hot Water System, Flued Heater, Fireplace/Log Fire) 
    • Brand of Appliance Sold 
    • Whether it is a replacement or new installation and 
    • Tax Invoice (File Upload - PDF, JPG, PNG).

REWARDS

  1. Eligible individuals that validly submit a claim under clause 8 will be awarded a digital VISA Card loaded with their accumulated reward value. The value of the digital VISA Card will depend on the total amount accrued from Eligible Sales claims.  
  2. A total of 640 cashback claims are available across the Promotion. Eligible participants may continue to submit claims after this limit is reached; however, no further cashback will be awarded and claims will continue to generate entries into the major prize draw only.  
  3. Claims are subject to approval and a claimant must allow thirty (30) business days from the date the claim is submitted for the Promoter to review their claim and provide the relevant reward. 
  4. Rewards will be dispatched to the email address or phone number (via SMS) provided by the eligible claimant within thirty (30) business days following approval of their reward claim.
  5. Rewards are subject to availability and to each supplier's standard terms and conditions. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the reward are not included. Any unused balance of the reward will not be awarded as cash.   6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimant’s (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the offer. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  7. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
  8. Claimants must retain a copy of their tax invoice and certificate of compliance for Eligible Sales as proof of sale. Failure to produce the proof of sale for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to a reward. Documents must clearly specify the date of sale, the type of appliance sold and the brand of appliance sold.
  9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
  10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. If for any reason a claimant does not take/redeem a reward (or an element of the reward) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the reward (or that element of the reward) will be forfeited.
  12. If any reward (or part of any reward) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the reward (or that part of the reward) with a reward to the equal value and/or specification.
  13. Claimants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful claimant (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this offer (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  14. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
  15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  16. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer.
  17. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (f) use of a reward.
  18. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.jemena.com.au/about-us/privacy-policy/. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose claimant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.

TRADE REWARD OFFER

  1. Entries into the promotion open on 1/06/2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 31/12/2026 (“Promotional Period”). 
  2. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: 
    • Participate in the Trade Reward (“Offer”) at www.traderewards.com.au (“Website”) and opt in to receive an entry into the draw. The number of entries received will depend on the type of Eligible Product sold, or sold and installed for the Trade Reward as below; AND
    • Entries into the major prize draw, comprising two (2) prizes each valued at AUD $5,000, shall be allocated on the basis of eligible installation claims submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following the number of initial entry/entries permitted is as per the table above per person that participates in the Offer.
  2. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 
  3. The draw will take place at iGoDirect, 425 Smith Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065 on 12/10/2026 at 12:00pm AEDT. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw. 
  4. The two (2) valid entries drawn in the major prize draw shall each win one (1) major prize, being a AUD $5,000 Visa Gift Card. 
  5. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.
  6. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. 
  7. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 
  8. Total prize pool value is $10,000. 
  9. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. 
  10. A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 21/12/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw. 
  11. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
